Studio Policies

To ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for all participants, we ask that everyone follow the studio policies outlined below.

Age Requirement

All participants at Doll House Pole Fitness must be 18 years of age or older to attend classes, private lessons, studio rentals, or events.

Registration Policy

All classes must be reserved in advance through our online booking system. We do not accept walk-ins.

Students are responsible for managing their own bookings through their account.

Level Placement Policy

To ensure the safety and progress of all students, participants must enroll in classes that match their current skill level.

Students who are new to pole fitness should begin with Level 0: Intro to Pole before progressing into Level 1 classes.

Students must complete at least 10 Level 1 classes before progressing to Level 1.5 in order to build the strength, technique, and consistency required for more advanced movements.

Advancement to higher levels may require instructor approval.

Instructors reserve the right to recommend that a student move to a different level if it is determined that the current class is not the best fit for their safety or training progress.

Late Arrival Policy

Studio doors typically open 10 minutes before class.

Students arriving more than 6 minutes after the start of class may not be admitted for safety reasons and will forfeit the class credit.

Cancellation Policy

We have a 5-hour cancellation policy.

If you need to cancel a class, you must do so at least 5 hours before the scheduled class time through your online account.

Late cancellations and no-shows will incur the following fees:

  • $15 late cancellation fee
  • $20 no-show fee

Purchase Policy

All purchases are final sale.

Class credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. All class packs and memberships have expiration dates, which are visible in your account at the time of purchase.

A $10 reactivation fee may apply to class packs that have expired within 6 months of the original purchase date.

Studio Etiquette

To maintain a safe and respectful training environment:

  • Remove rings, bracelets, and jewelry before class.
  • Lotions and oils are not permitted before class, as they make the poles unsafe to grip.
  • Do not shake or apply excessive force to the poles.
  • Please silence mobile phones during class.
  • Students should clean their pole and equipment after use.

Guest & Spectator Policy

To maintain a comfortable and focused environment, guests and spectators are not permitted inside the studio during regular classes.

Only registered participants are allowed in the studio during class time.

If someone accompanies you to the studio, we kindly ask that they wait outside or return at the end of class.

Children are not permitted to remain inside the studio unless they are registered participants in a class or event.

Health & Safety

Students must inform their instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or physical limitations before class begins.

Participation in classes and activities is at your own risk.

Personal Belongings

Doll House Pole Fitness is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items brought into the studio or left on the premises.

Participants are responsible for their belongings at all times, both inside and outside of the facility.

Liability Waiver

All participants must complete a studio liability waiver prior to attending their first class, private lesson, event, or studio rental.
