Get a new perspective on fitness today! No dance or fitness experience required.

Level 0 (Intro to pole dance)

If you have never taken a pole class before then this is the class for you. In this class you will start from the ground and will learn how to use the pole as a dance partner by learning basic pole dance technique from hand and feet placement to walking around the pole, transitions from dance moves to spins and floor-work.

Level 1 (Beginner Pole)

In this class you will take what you have learned from the intro class and take it to the next level. You will learn how to do work the pole with transitions, spins that will lift you off your feet and floor work! In addition to having a great time, you will get an amazing cardio and strength training.

Private Lessons

If you're not quite ready to jump into a regular class, want one on one instruction to learn a few new skills for a special occasion or are a dancer that is looking for extra training. Semi-privates and group privates are also available.

What to Wear

We recommend that you wear a t-shirt with a sports bra and shorts – that way you can grip the pole. Heels are not required, bare feet is best. Once you get more acclimated with the pole then you can wear heels.

Other tips

  • Do not apply lotions or oils before attending pole classes as it will make hands and legs slippery and unable to grip the pole. Please do not wear jewelry (especially rings) to pole class for they will damage the poles and the jewelry itself.
  • Bring an open mind and sense of humor! Don't expect to master the equipment on your first try.
  • Doors typically open 15 minutes before class. Please arrive 5 minutes before class to allow time to sign the liability waiver and get situated before your class starts.
  • Masks are required to enter our studio.
